| The New
Digital Microscope DC Series is the most advanced and most affordable
level of video microscopy available. All systems are very user friendly
and connect to a computer. Each system includes a ready to use microscope
with a built in digital camera. All microscopes can be used as a stand
alone instrument. All models with the DC3
Prefix can be used with a computer as well as a TV/monitor or LCD projection
device. All models with the DC4, DC5 Prefix, can only be used with a
computer. The Motic 2000 Image software allows complete manipulation
of your specimen. Some highlights of the software are: Image capture
manually or automatically at set time intervals to clearly observe development
of specimen if desired. Manipulation of color/brightness/invert, accurate
measurement, cut/paste, and even record sound. Save image on hard drive
or disk. You can even email saved images. The software allows the user
to manipulate stored microscope images for the use with quizzes or review
material. DC3 System Requirements: Computer must have Windows 98 or above, Pentium 200MHz, USB connection, 64MB RAM, CD-ROM drive. If audio is used you must have a sound card, microphone and speaker. DC4 & DC5 System Requirements: 1Ghz or above processor; USB 2.0. 256MB RAM, 400MB Hard Disk, 32MB Video Card. Not Mac compatible. Shipped Complete with selected microscope and built in camera system, appropriate cables and software. Microscopes have a five year warranty; camera has a one year warranty; software has a 90 day warranty. Optional scan converter will send computer screen image to TV/monitor. Ideal for all DC-3, DC4, DC5 models. |
